On Monday Nov 9th WVFC held the monthly drill. The drill was to move the Cascade system into the new firehouse, pressure test the 5 inch hose on 801 and move fire equipment into the fire side of the new building now that the floor is ready. Members worked together to place Cascade system in its permanant home without doing damage to it or the floor. Then we laid all 2250 ft of 5 in. off 801 in the school parking lot and pressure tested it. Once we removed 2 sections determined to need coupling repair the hard work of reloading it began. Crews split in half with 1 crew draining and walking out the hose and the other crew reloading it onto 801. Once this was complete we went back to station and placed all the fire equipment back into the building after close to 4 weeks of being outside to allow for the floor to be painted and time to cure.

Thanks to the members that attended this Drill that we all know is not the most fun thing in the world but a very important Drill.
