On Sat Jan 23rd, 2010.  WVFC was dispatched for a uncontrolled burn of a structure.  At about 13:35 hrs Wicomico County Dispatch called 816 to check out a controlled burn on Greenlewis Rd.  Upon 816's arrival, he found a house trailer being burned by the land owner.  816 then asked EOC to dispatch Sta 8 for an Engine and Tanker for a working structure fire.  Originally a controlled burn had gotten out of hand.  The trailer was set on fire on purpose to clear the lot by the owner.  STA 8 took control of the fire quickly.  Crews and equipment cleared the scene a little while later returning to quarters.  No injuries were reported.
